Revolution Conference 2010 is closing in with less than 3 weeks to go! I cannot believe how fast time is flying. Feels like the team has only begun planning and suddenly everything that has been planned is about to kick in really soon!

Before I talk more about Revolution Conference, I would like to say how encouraged I am by the number of people who has come along to Revolution Zones. To see so many high school students wanting to make a change in their schools and willing to give up time to be trained tells me that many of you are thirsty for God’s work to be done.

I’m sure many of you may have noticed that Revolution Conference is going to be a bit different this year. First of all we have a much bigger venue with equipments beyond our imagination and expectations. If you’ve read Priska’s blog, you would have read some description and seen a snapshot of the place. She tried her best but that photo wasn’t able to cover even half of the theatre. It’s not her fault, because the place really is that big and grand!

God has blessed us with a great venue and not only that, we are so blessed to have 3 exciting bands lined up! First is the Revolution Band with members who have been practicing diligently. If you’ve read Gary’s post, you can see that they’re not only having fun, but also having a completely different experience in serving God through music. God has blessed us with not only this gifted group, but two other bands who have been really using their talents in serving Christ. These two are none other than LUKAS and Jayesslee!

We also have an amazing team of team leaders and up to 50 volunteers who will be helping you on that day to register, find your way there, find a parking spot, and to make sure that Conference runs smoothly. Check the Conference Details page for more information.

Furthermore, Rice Revolution director Adrian Tam will be speaking on that day. Knowing him personally, I know that God has been working in him through extraordinary ways and blessing all the ministries that he is part of. Many would have heard him speak before but the scary thing about Adrian is that he only gets better and better. Continue to pray for him as he prepares for the day!

So guys, get excited not only because these amazing things are happening but also because God is going to turn the theatre upside down. Prepare your hearts and get ready to see God work in your lives. Make sure you do not walk out that theatre the same as you walked in. I pray that Revolution Conference will not only be an experience, but more of a transformation. I pray that everyone will be bold, step up, realize that there are people out who need to hear God’s word, and that God wants to work through you.

Get ready, because God is going to do something phenomenal!

From when I started writing this post, there was exactly 30 days until Revolution Conference!! Everyone on the core team is definitely excited, and we can’t wait to see the entire Lecture hall decked out with Youth from around Sydney encouraging each other!

First of all, for those of you who are registering for Revolution before July 1 11:59:59 pm you will be in the chance to win your own Passion: Awakening CD. Lastly, Revolution received an email from someone in the Philippines who was interested in the conference! Not only is Revolution connecting Christian Youths in and around Sydney, we’re encouraging brothers and sisters in Christ from overseas!

Now unfortunately we don’t have live streaming for this event for those overseas, but those of you who are in Sydney, I really want to encourage you to register for this event! Be ready to be confronted and encouraged, to be praising and spurring, to exalt and to proclaim on the 17th of July. Be Equipped with Passion and be Engaged in Mission as we live for His glory and his Glory only.
